I still don't know what to think of the 21st century setting.CVG said:Activision's official Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 website has gone live. As well as confirming a November 13 release date for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, plus the game's box art, the site's pre-order page says:
"Pushing the boundaries of what fans have come to expect from the record-setting entertainment franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 propels players into a near future, 21st Century Cold War, where technology and weapons have converged to create a new generation of warfare."
The site also links to the first Black Ops 2 trailer on Call of Duty's YouTube channel, but the video is currently private. We imagine that will change once the debut trailer has been aired on US TV tonight.
In a double leak whammy, the first proper Black Ops 2 screenshots have emerged online via All Games Beta.
Game's gonna be shit but a modern war setting, even shittier. :|
