OT: Sasori is the only potencial threat with his poison. With these many S-level shinobi i'm sure they can create a scenario where he'll be forced to breathe some purple gas and kill him.

Sakura and Chiyo countered his poison gas just by holding their breath and Sakura was sealed off in one of his puppets when that happened and just busted herself out.

They were aware of the poison and how to fight a puppet user. The 3rd has 0 knowledge because he's a real nikkah.
The way they responded was the result of Chiyo's experience and Sakura's training.

Also, this isn't Sasori vs Sakura and Chiyo, this is a kage vs five S-level criminals. A bunch of ropes won't obviously hold him, but Konan's paper, Kakuzu's threads and Sasori's IS would certainly do a much better job.
Its a possibility.
