All the officer asked for was a license, lord forbid he got arrested that would be racist. Judging by the African American's action he might have persisted acting tough in front of the police and resisted arrest, that might lead to police brutality instantly! Cops can't do anything because he's protected by the first amendment it isn't like he's disturbing the peace however. Let's glorify this type of act towards police and not expect any negative consequences since the media only cares about views and what grabs attention.

But wait! Let's just show all the negative things officer's do and show how "Great" of a child/man the black individual was! Both sides are constantly wrong and right. Police brutality needs to stop for ALL lives and African American's need to stop playing victim 24/7 (The bad ones obviously)

Not that I condone that individual's big mouth towards the cops but I don't like how that respectability card is played and imposed on the citizens. By cussing he didn't do anything out of order. He just speaks. The line is drawn at violence and that will most likely follow seconds after that vid ended by the hands of those self-proclaimed respectable cops. Instead of responding tough to the camera guy, he could've kept his response clean and neutral. Which is usually the case in my country.

Now, if the cop asked a legitimate question by the book which the camera guy has to cooperate with by law and won't do so, then that's a different story. But just asking him for his license to show who's boss (which he did) is just pointless and creates more tension.

That's not exclusive to black community though, every community got that group of people, different shade-same thing, but since racism is a thing incidents having African American of 'that group' gets attention and controversies not to mention they happen more often due to cops racism so 'hood mentality' becomes a thing - but actually what you call hood mentality is everywhere.

It's always been just stupid people doing stupid things but then some white ones decided to use colors as an excuse to harm african American people it resulted into racism, we nees to get rid of that childish/shortsighted attitude that badboy=great and hurting others/bullying =you become bigger etc. The problem is at the humanity's core here what you saw in the video was just two dumb humans nothing less, nothing more.
