Black Lightning, or Kuroi Kaminari, is much like Typhoon Release - an advancement over the basic Lightning element. Creating pitch-black Lightning with stronger power and no Wind Weakness and strong to both Earth and Water, Black Lightning is an Advanced Element from the Lightning Mountains that allows its user to create significantly stronger Lightning.
- Can be made at any rank.
- Requires both Lightning Release and Ninjutsu to make a Kuroi Kaminaribio.
- Counts as an Advanced Element.
- All custom Black Lightning bios must originate from the Land of Lightning.
