Some people seem to have forgotten that Kabuto has lost his huge Orochimaru boost.

Now that Orochimaru has taken his rightful power back, he shouldn't be able to do a great deal. Like, the Sound Five abilites, they surely use a good deal of chakra and Kabuto is only a 3 in the databooks for stamina. Plus, Kabuto's raw power isn't strong, so I'm not even sure he'll be able to initiate Sage Mode very well anymore.

He'll back to being Oro's b*tch now that he's (relatively) back to normal.

You mean even gravity cannot handle it, seeing as a blackhole is an overpowered central force of gravitational attractions, it appears the simultaneous use of Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei with a face palm causes such occurrence, I apologize for initiating such a happening xD

That may be true, but nothing has been confirmed yet, so we don't know how powerful he currently is.

And even if he's not as powerful as before, top ten lists are made judging by characters in their prime, so technically Kabuto is nr. 1 :y
