Interesting quirk Jack's magic has. Till know I found his magic rather mundane and lacking in substance, but it becomes more elaborate if has the property to adapt itself to any kind of magic just so that it could cut it xd

It has been a while since we saw Aster's gang. Must be the first time in this series that we haven't seen the MC for such a long period of time.

Probably because earlier we had way too much of Aster and now it's been decided to focus on other characters more. And that's possible, since we have a war there and different fights happen at the same time in different places, just in time to show what are other characters made of
