I've been thinking, wouldn't Aster be able to revert them back to their old selves by just tapping their heads with his swords? This reincarnation thing is still some kind of spell, so strictly speaking he should be able to do that. In the past however he stabbed Vet, but it didn't change anything. It's possible though that it doesn't work with both of his swords and/or that Vet, Fana Liar are different from the ones that just got resurrected.

It's sort of confusing at the moment how this magic works.

Fana and Liar's attempt to explode were cancelled when he tried to hit them but not reincarnation/possession bit. Mars being able to connect to Fana and her spirit being strong enough to breakthrough with his help, restored her. I was also curious if stone tablet amplification affects Fana. She was being controlled with help of some magical item I think. Langris's current status is not shown so far either - whether he was turned or was dumped by Patollie.
