Black Clover in Japan

Can anyone tell me how well Black Clover is being received in Japan. I love the manga, but at times i think it tries to hard to be funny and it kinda ruins the feeling a little bit. I know that no matter what us American fans think or how we respond to the manga, if Japanese readers don't like it, it'll be axed from Jump, so can someone tell me how the Japanese audience is receiving the Manga so far???

From what I read it's being received good but they are not expecting it to last very long.

I've only seen people say good things on japanese forum. Most people comment only 'nice its going well' when leaving comments four star reviews. When they leave bad review they dont bother much or write 安い。 I think its not widely talk about but its in a overall ok state. Sorry im on mobile so this isnt more depth
