Black Chidoris: one and the same?

Hey guys. A few chapters ago we saw Sasuke use a black chidori on Madara.

It becomes black once he "adds senjutsu to it."
Now we all remember back in the Valley of the End when CS2 Sasuke pulled out the flapping Chidori.

Kabuto has told us the principles of the curse mark. It's based on the transformation that Juugo's clan naturally underwent. Their bodies passively absorbed natural energy, allowing them to enter a sage transformation. So basically the curse mark is a method of entering sage mode and using senjutsu, right?

So when Sasuke went CS2, his chidori went black because it was enhanced by senjutsu. The same thing happened above, so that's why I think they're one and the same.

What do you guys think? Different or same? Perhaps Sasuke will regain all of his CS2 abilities?

Its the same appearance wise but its a thousand times stronger.
Sasuke only had a little chakra which was senjutsu at that time...now he has all that up top^

EDIT: Sasuke really didn't have memerable curse mark moves except that chidori and flying which he can both do without curse mark.

Though he could heal faster, his sharingan enhanced, and he could summon snakes on any part of his body.

He has all of that -

He has hashirama's cells (healing is instant I believe)
black chidori
can fly (susanoo)
can summon snakes still
sharingan is beyond enhanced

Naruto uses a Sage Art, and then Sasuke says "I'll use the Sage's chakra too." It has to be senjutsu at work.

I was thinking that it was the sage's yin chakra that made it look like a black chidori but apparently sasuke has some form of senjutsu. since he didn't disintegrate when he touched naruto's TSB.
But i doubt he'll get CM back...

Naruto clearly got the Senjutsu of the Sage, while Sasuke got the Ocular powers, i.e. Rinnegan.
As I said, Sasuke clearly mentioned he had Yin Release and Naruto, Yang Release.

It's just black for style, it has absolutely no combat purpose.

Sasuke got Yin-release due to sage and hence it is sage's chakra as well, so Sage's chakra doesn't necessarily make it senjutsu.
Juubi jin can negate the non-senjutsu attacks, but it can't negate it if it doesn't react in time.
In next scan when Sasuke attacked Madara, Madara used limbo clone to get rid of the attack, so it doesn't actually harm him.

Why would Sasuke say "I'll use it too" if he wasn't using a sage art? And whether or not Madara wasn't able to negate non-senjutsu attacks is a moot point here because we know for a fact that Naruto is using senjutsu, and Madara "negates" that.

It's almost certain that Sasuke's using senjutsu.

I think when he said "senjutsu" he meant the Six Paths Sage Technique that Juubito and Madara got after sealing the juubi in them.
In the scan I posted above Sasuke says he is also using the Sage's chakra after Naruto activates a sage art technique.

Wasn't Sasuke's curse Mark a heaven seal, unlike Kimimaro who had an earth seal? Perhaps heaven in yin, and earth is yang.

Also, in the chuunin exam the heaven scroll represented the mind, and the earth scroll represented the body. It seems that his curse Mark gave him similar powers to his new yin chakra. Orochimaru was a pretty clever guy.

I wonder if Darui's lightning tattoo has anything to do with yin.
