Let's discuss Black Butler Season threes premises.

What we know so far from season two: Season two Ciel died at the end considering he called off the contract binding him and Sebastian. The last episode Ciel had black nails like Sebastian which means he had become a demon.

Sorry to tell you but there will be no Season 3. Stuff like this always happens for stuff that ended, gets hyped up then never comes.

First off, Season 2 was a closer, obviously. Ciel becoming a demon and marking him and Sebastian's eternal butler-master relationship was meant to end the series. There'd be nothing good to do Season 3 on anyways. Black Butler needs to stay exactly where it is right now: Dead.
