Don't know the depth of zetsu's ability's but mei is pretty strong her jutsu would be bad for zetsu to deal with.

He's at a disadvantage though with her acid mist and lava style.

Her acid has been shown to melt him...but White would probably overwhelm her, and steal her chakra. We really don't know what he can do though.

Who knows, point is Zetsu has literally nothing in his arsenal that can harm Mei, if he even attempts to come near her he gets melted to death or drowned in a laval lake or ripped apart by a water dragon dozens of times the size of Susano'o.
