Personality:Black☆Star claims to have the biggest ego in the world although, In in team battles, his views of the safety of his friends as a priority. However, he will also take his friends' wishes into account, and will step back and allow them to fight alone if they want to. He also has a determination that knows no bounds. He constantly trains to become stronger, and is dedicated on his goals, putting all of his effort in everything he does (this has its downsides, especially when Black Star develops tunnel-vision on pursuing something that is wrong, being too stubborn to see the wrongness of his aims). Background Info.
History: Black Star comes from a long line of assassins known as the "Clan of the Star" (Hoshizoku). The clan was known as a group of ninjas who did anything for money. They previously victimized people in several villages, which made them infamous in various places. Due to their actions thirteen years ago, the entire clan was exterminated by Anbu. Black Star, who was still an infant at the time, was taken in by his Nara side of the family and was taught how to use shadow's, as he did still have Nara blood in him threw his mother. Despite this, Black Star bears no malice over the lost of his clan, because he understood that his parents led a wretched life and eventually paid the price for it.
In the Academy black☆star was always the center of attention and he would constantly seek it, but if another student got more attention then he did he would go far to seek more attention .His arrogance stems from the fact that Black Star seems to exhibit some form of superiority complex, due to his undying need to be the best. His delusion of stardom, or 'starness' as he calls it. he thinks of himself so much that he constantly gives out autographs that nobody wants, including when he signs killer bee's face when he was recovering from a recent battle. According to A, Black Star's soul is 'a terribly self-absorbed soul.' His catchphrase is 'I will be the man who will surpass God' (which he is actually trying to do according to A) and his favorite number is 1, what he considers himself to be. Because of his ambitions to surpass God, he shows tacit jealousy towards other students who may become stronger than him. When referring to himself, Black Star uses an honorific (Ore-sama, literally translating to 'the great me') which shows he holds himself with high regard.
