What is fire?

The fire is an elemental nature transformation and are offensive-type techniques that primarily allow the user to create fire by increasing the temperature of their chakra. There are some exceptions to this though in which the shinobi forms mediums in order to create explosions

That's one definition - it's a more technical one.

But fire is the heat that fuels life. However, it can kill and destroy. If you don't respect fire, it can literally consume you. Without fire, though, life as we know it cannot exist. If the heat of the sun and stars did not exist, everything would be frozen over, and atomic reactions would come to a permanent halt.

Time to mold fire chakra!

Stand in the middle of the field, and begin to mold regular chakra. Don't focus on anything other than the heat of the sun.

Well, you've obviously molded regular chakra. But you need to mold fire chakra.

Feel the heat of the sun around you. Feel the heat of life all around you. Focus on it, and see your chakra as a constant, volatile force of life and death.

Focus a lot of focussed fire chakra in your lungs, and then release it out of your mouth, holding your thumb and index finger in front of your mouth while releasing it.
