Focus a lot of focussed fire chakra in your lungs, then release it by exhaling, solidifying the chakra into a meteor-sized fireball and compressing it just enough to cause an explosion on contact.

I'm going to be skipping some of the jutsus that are kind of, for lack of a better word, useless. Later, when you've learned fire through S-rank, you can just say that you learned the less useful jutsus in the process.

(I'm skipping the B-rank ash explosion jutsu just because there's an identical A-rank one that I'll teach you that does the exact same thing >_>)

Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform kirin.

Focus a lot of fire chakra in your lungs, and lightly focus and compress it into dragon heads as you release it in several "bursts". Try not to use this jutsu to make the Kirin clouds unless you KNOW that your opponent isn't going to use the clouds to use Kirin on YOU. If your opponent makes the Kirin clouds, you can always use Kirin on them using those clouds before they have time to use Kirin on you.

Those dragon heads were perfect. But you should use more chakra in the beginning so that you can create more than just two heads.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals, the user will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete.

Focus a great deal of fire chakra in your lungs, and compress and solidify it very much. Then, launch the fireballs out in quick succession, making sure to solidify their chakra formation as you release them.
