Description: After performing a single handseal, the user traps the opponent inside a genjutsu. With the genjutsu in place, the next step that the opponent takes is met by a sudden flash freeze which emanates from their feet and rises up quickly through their body before settling behind the eyes. The opponent then sees an frosted white veil begin to form over their eyes, giving the impression that his eyes have been covered in ice. With the veil also comes the inability to look in any direction other than forward.

Doing as she is told, Valentina channels her chakra into her hands as she starts to make a single handseal. As this happens the target becomes trapped in a genjutsu. As this occurs, the target is subdued to a flash freeze, there body stating to becoming stiff as ti rises up quickly through their body before settling behind the eyes. The target then sees an frosted white veil begin to form over their eyes, giving the impression that his eyes have been covered in ice. With the veil also comes the inability to look in any direction other than forward.

Being made to redo the situation again, Nanazai quickly performs a few handseals and summons a simple dove with no name. Speaking in a language only known to the summoners of the contract, the bird nodded it head and flew a few feet away, before transforming into a human like form. Nanazai then gave the gesture to the bird to attack her, to which it came running towards her attempting to punch her, but making a quick hand seal, she induces a genjutsu on him.
As the movements of the bird suddenly slows down as a sudden flash freeze is summoned onto the bird, causing his body to become stiff, all the way through the body of bird. As this happens a veil of white frost appears onto his eyes, making him unable to move them and look in any direction.
Nanazai having the bird trapped, forms a next hand seal, causing yet another Genjutsu to occur, the layes into the first jutsu, causing smoke to appear near the bird. As this happens, small rats of different color and sizes appear and begin to crawl on the legs of the bird. The rats begin to bite and gnaw on the skin of the bird in his human state, causing a rash to begin to form on the skin of the bird. This in turns makes the bird start to feel a emulated fever and starts to shiver from the bites induced by the rat bites. On the skin of the target as well, purple and red bumps appear on the skin, making it seem more legit as the effects spread onto the genjutsu, leaving the bird at the mercy of her master.
Nanazai with a final swoop of her hands simply performs the required handseals and channels chakra into her left hand, and building it up, she pushes off her feet and runs at high speeds towards the bird, stabbing it in the chest, just barely missing the heart. The pain break the bird out of the genjutsu combo but it violently wipe lashes it wings and reverse summons itself back home and away from Nanazai.
Disclaimer: No animals were hurt in the making of this move. The doves are my contract and all of them can transform into humans.

This is why I get people to do things right before I give them my techs. Eyce does nothing to prevent movement, outside the initial shock of a cold spike through your body. The cold begins in the feet and TRAVELS up the body, it does not SPREAD. So the toes freeze for a split second, as does the rest of the body. Only the eyes are actually frozen in place, they can move, they just cannot access their peripheral vision.
Hopefully you now understand, I'm not being harsh when I make people do things over... If I let you have the technique and you did that in the ninja world, You'd lose, and I'd get my tech banned.
