I was unable to find any other place to post this.

Is there a rule that states "You can only create 1 bio of a character from Naruto? The other bio has to be a custom bio?"

No, there isn't a limit on canon or customs.

If you want: you can have 2 canon bio's; you may also have 2 custom bio's.
