i made a new bio and still hasnt been approved. should i put it in the bio test rather???

No... :| That is for special bios like nagato, Hiruko, The jinchuriki not regular bios. Don't put it in their or you could get infracted

No you dont put it in there. Bio tests are for bios that are quite strong and thus need to be regulated
