The other day i created a nic elooking bio that i sppent a good amount of time on. I submitted this bio and then a friend of mine tells me that someone owns this bio. I was shocked and confused. At first i thought maybe it'll get approved since it has different clans and or names. But he then went more in depth to tell me that if i use the same pictures i need permission. He went on to link me to that person's page. Checked it and he was offline. I checked again and he is offline. Now i am innconvienced because i can't have my bio approved due to a misunderstanding and inactivity.
My Suggestion is for A non Cannon bio list. It could be seperated by anime or individually. Say i wanted to make a Gray Fullbuster bio there would be a bio list for Fairy Tail. This would make it easier for people to ask permission for bios and also save people the trouble of looking through all approved bio pages. It would also prevent the creation of duplicate bios. Thus stopping the you need permission comments which adds unnecessary post points to said user.
On to my next suggestion. We will use Gray for example. A couple weeks ago the was a minor problem i noticed. I saw that a certain member dropped this bio. I was excited and started to make that bio. In the middle of making it i opened another tab to check some other things. And i saw someone submit the very bio i was getting ready to make. After deleting my hard work i commented in his thread then visited his profile. Once there i found a vm that caught my attention. It was a small debate over who should have this bio. The two members both wanted rights to the bio. And one of them brought up that he had permission from the original bio holder who still has this bio. In the end i think both members kept said bio. And now there are a total of 3 members with a Gray Fullbuster bio.
My suggestion is that the original bio holder can only give permission to one person for that bio or none if anything. To keep the originality of the bio and Prevent arguments.
