Bio question

So I joined the base awhile ago but never actually made a bio's but I would love too

So all I really need is pics of what I want the character to look like

An actual bio and the powers Etc


I asked a friend he said the only way u can go by doing this is hire a sensi to teach u the elements ? Is this true if so how u go by doing this

I know I sound like a rookie but kinda am at least in this subject


Anyway what do I need exactly to create a bio and if I do need sensi's can u recommend I need earth wind fire trainers going for a dust release type of character

You cant "hire" a sensei, and you're a bit far away from getting a muu/onoki bio
