(and many others)have been active for over 1 month, is there a certain time it must be active for it to be approved or declined?

P.S: Can we make another bio after its been active for --+Month(s)?

The current rods and admin that check bios have been pretty busy with other things such as school, other mod work or just rl. Caliburn has lately been doing a massive run through after letting a large amount add up. It'll likely get either approved or declined soon.

If you wish to have your current pending bio changed, simply create a new one and have a rp mod add the other to the declined section. If you have an approved bio that you wish to change, you're allowed two bios to rp with so if you don't have a second bio just make one. If you wanna drop an approved bio and have two biosphere already, you have to wait a month after it has been approved before you can drop it.
