Bio question

[scottyy]

Can you use a picture of a character from a specific anime but change their name and personality and also their back ground story?

[The Pervy Sage]

Yes you can.

But make sure you look to see if someone has used that character to make a bio. If they have, you need there permission to use that character's image.

[Utakata6Tails]

yes
