I have a Hyuga Bio right. And i know a lot of gentle fist techniques. If for some unknown reason i drop it, then 5 months later i make a new one, will i have to be taught it from over?

Yes, you learn the techniques, not your bio. If you make one again in 5 months, you will still have them.
