If I create a bio that's is jounin, how I'm gonna put the 2 elemental jutsus? I mean, in the manga it says to become jounin you need to be able to use 2 natures

I don't think There's any limit on your elemental abilites, you can have all five with a rank, I don't Remember. But you need a suitable rank to be able to master them according to your rank, right now, I don't know the specific details.

You can train four nature transformations at Jounin. The jutsu for these transformations will reach a maximum of A-rank.

Read the RP guide please. You can click the 'How to RP' link in my signature or the one in the post above me. Our RP follows the manga up to a certain extent as exactly copying it isn't very practical. For instance your rank is based on your postcount, so it's possible to start RPing on any rank you have (with a minimum of 50 posts). Everything has to be learned though, having a higher rank simply means you can learn more as higher ranked RPes can learn more than lower ranked RPers.

That most jounin know a minimum of two elements in the series simply does not apply in our RP system.
