Looks | Barney keeps his personal appearance as impeccable as possible - clean-shaven, with neatly trimmed dirty blonde hair. Because of his awesomeness he favors tailored cloaks with nicely matching shirts and pants, but will dress for whatever the occasion allows, and always with what he considers the pinnacle of style. He is a virtuoso when it comes to dressing up and always finds appropriate ways to help him be disguised. As a medical ninja, he developed a special doctors laboratory coat that he wears at all times as his main attire paired with a wonky set of goggles that serve no real purpose, as of yet. Usually, while traveling and outside of combat he wears a heavy dark cloak that keeps him shrouded and out of sight from preying eyes. The heavy dark cloak is also rustic and somewhat dirty from his travels. All in all, although Barney is compulsively obsessed with cleanliness, he decided to swallow his pride in order for the ability to lay low.

Personality | His early life wasn't easy and as a kid he wasn't able to cope with the burden of the events he has been through. He never met his mother and he witnessed his fathers death which left deep scars on his personality. He never learned to control his feelings and thus he fell under their influence and he let them carry and guide him since he had no paternity figure to do so. A good part of his life he didn't know of anything other than hatred towards the world, because he blamed everyone for the death of his family. Throughout his youth, just one person was able to get to him, recognize the good in him and at least try to get him to his senses, his old sensei. As time passed he learned how to control himself, let the hatred go and become a ninja of highest skill. He learned what it meant to be a selfless, calm, caring and collected person, although from time to time his depressed dark inner self manages to escape out on the surface and express itself in horrendous ways.

Mysterious Peacock Method | Star chakra

Because of his exposure to Star chakra during his fight against Zev, Barney's chakra became stronger than that of ordinary shinobi. As a result, all of his chakra based techniques gained a violet color and a notable increase in damage, gaining a passive +20 damage. While his raw chakra is stronger than other shinobis, the Star chakra is neutral against elemental natures and natural energy, but weak against Bijuu chakra. As well, because of the large amounts of radiation from the star training, whenever Barney utilizes the Star chakra, he steadily becomes weaker and even more so when he uses the Mysterious Peacock Method which deteriorates his body and ability to use high ranking techniques the longer it's active.​
Primary Specialty | Water Handseal Specialist

Through extensive usage and knowledge of the Water Release, Barney became a Water Handseal Specialist. As a primary Water specialist, Barney learned and adapted water techniques in such a way that allows him to perform them with a single handseal, although they still have to be double handed.
Primary Specialty | Increased Tracking Resistance

Barney is able to create a distortion that slows the opponent's tracking, exerting a force that reduces their ability to track. This causes a removal of the default +4 Tracking boost granted to biographies, lowering their base tracking. This applies to all types of Sensory.
Advanced Specialty | Advanced Tracking Specialist

Through extensive training and battle experience, Barney's tracking capabilities became more advanced, allowing him to have x2 tracking speeds.
Extra Specialty | Yang Specialist

Due to his Yang training, Barney gained heightened vitality translating to 1000 chakra increase to his natural reserves. As well, his physical durability increased significantly, allowing him to reduce up C-rank damage (30 dmg) from physically damaging techniques like any nin, tai, and kenjutsu. As well, he is immune to recoil damage from techniques that cause it like Forbidden, though he still succumbs to the jutsu's other subscribed affects.​
CFS Specialty | Surreal Palm Specialist

The illusionary aspect of this style revolves around mutual genjutsu techniques and layering rules. When the user moves, he places the same genjutsu on both him/herself and the opponent. This is what makes the user become able to spiritually battle other illusions alongside his/her body movements. But the techniques are still restricted by the normal Genjutsu Layering Rules. The techniques are all capable of countering genjutsu, and other mind-altering techniques, but are not limited to it. The genjutsu used within the style can stand on its own, and be used in its natural conjunction with taijutsu for purely offensive (and supplementary) usages, not requiring a host genjutsu.

Awareness of the genjutsu comes naturally according the user's rank. A practitioner of Gennin (Academy Student) rank is aware of D rank genjutsu, Chunnin (Genin) up to C rank, Jonnin (Chuunin) up to B rank, Sannin (Jonin) up to A rank and Sage (official) up to S rank. Awareness does not mean immunity, it simply means they know their senses are being manipulated, and thus they have to do something about it. Masters of this style are capable of awareness 1 rank superior than their normal rank, and, same wise, bypass the genjutsu layering rules up to 4 times per battle, allowing them to use techniques 1 rank lower than normal to defend from a genjutsu.​
Advanced Fuuinjutsu | Body Seals

Upon completing the Medical School course and becoming an official Doctor, Barney chose to specialize in the field of medical fuuinjutsu techniques. This field allowed him to use his medical knowledge in order to apply advanced seals to his body and use it as a medium. Barney had a few advanced fuuinjutsu seals applied to his body and they served to help him in the battle when he would find himself at a disadvantage.

Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes:
-Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times.
-Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times.
-Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times.
Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time.
Note: The seal can be combined with techniques that can logically be combined with a "water burst" from his body, as its follows logic and reasoning

Description: This is an advanced Sealing technique, triggered by a Seal that's located on the left arm of the user's body that's written with a large Kanji letter "Absorption" this seal has some of the user's chakra already infused in it, the seal sends pulses of chakra around the user within Short range from him, once there's an invisible gas with chakra infused in it that's near the user, the Seal glows in a bright yellow color and activates, quickly forming an invisible barrier of chakra around the user's body, this barrier absorbs the invisible gas making it harmless to the user's body, another aspect to this technique is that when the barrier absorbs the invisible gas, the opponent wouldn't have any control over the gas that's being absorbed, meaning he cannot reshape it or cause it to explode due to the user's chakra being around it

(Fūinjutsu: Jō Kōken) – Sealing Technique: Imperial Guardian

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.
Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle.
Note: Can guard against up to an S-rank technique.
Note: The user can use it twice counting as two moves per turn and using +30 chakra with each usage to guard against a forbidden ranked technique, this can only be used once.

Description: After witnessing countless techniques, Dean created a specific seal that is placed on the summonings he owns, with the Kanji, "Stay". This seal would contain a set amount of chakra, and would only be triggered when someone uses a technique aimed at making a summoning disperse back to its homeland. This seal would activate, and release a surge of chakra from it, capable of flushing out the foreign chakra aimed at making the summoning disperse. The two would clash, and disperse, leaving the summoning unharmed and leave them to remain on the field. The seal is placed onto all summonings before hand, and is always on them when they are summoned into battle, though it should be mentioned in the biography.

Custom Weapon | Horrible's Lab Coat

Our attire is what distinguishes us from the rest, thus Barney used his wits and craftsmanship to create a unique laboratory coat for his personal use. The coat has additionally been turned into a powerful weapon with its own chakra circulatory system which mimics Barney's own. This allows him to utilize the coat in a multitude of unique ways, depending on the situation at hand.

Description: Horrible's lab coat is a special form of medical equipment used by certified Medical Ninja with Advanced Fuuinjutsu knowledge. It is a white doctors coat that fits tightly around Barney, with a row of buttons on the right shoulder, which are used to tighten the coat properly and to avoid it from being taken down or ripped off during battle. A chest pocket can be found on the left side with the symbol of Caduceus, which is the Staff of Hermes that features two snakes winding around the winged staff often associated with trade, liars, thieves, eloquence, negotiation, alchemy and wisdom. The coat is made from a light, elastic, tear and ignition resistant fabric that is imbued with a powerful advanced seal that manifests through the chest pocket which glows the symbol of Caduceus when used. Using his medical knowledge, Barney has imbued the coat with a chakra circulatory system, which was made to replicate his own. This has been achieved through experimentation with Medical Technique: Rebuilding Chakra Pathways during the period of isolation that Barney spent in his laboratory, deep in the heart of Yume Island. The end result was a coat that has the same chakra circulatory system like Barney, yet independent from his own. To use the coat, Barney has to spend 10 chakra per turn in order to fuel that independent chakra system, which can be filled up to 100 chakra points and every battle the count starts at 0 and as such can't be filled before a battle. There are two distinguished active abilities and one passive that Barney can utilize while wearing the coat and fueling it with his own chakra. While wearing the coat, Barney's mind starts getting overtaken by his alter ego known as Dr. Horrible, which is as his name suggests the dark side of Barney.

Juiced Boost (Passive) - Willingly, Barney can channel chakra for sealing techniques and his primary elemental affinity through the chakra circulatory system of the coat to siphon back the expended 10 chakra per turn in order to empower said techniques by +10 chakra for sealing techniques or translating that chakra increase into +20 damage for his primary elemental affinity. Performing techniques this way can only be achieved once per turn due to the siphoning effect requiring the chakra to be spent beforehand to fuel the coat. This is achieved passively in the same timeframe as the technique as it is directly channeled through the coat. The empowering effect cannot be achieved for the same fields in consecutive turns, meaning at best they can alternate turns and can only be utilized for a maximum of 4 times per battle.

Slouch Pouch (Active) - The imbued advanced seal only manifests itself in the chest pocket that the coat has, and it has the ability to seal anything put into it, at the cost of 20 chakra, be it from Barney or the coat itself. For example, if Barney puts living tissue, organic matter, etc into it, the chest pocket will recognize its composition and seal it into a container within the proper medium required to prevent it from decaying and deteriorating. Once an object is sealed through the chest pocket, the coat has the ability to store the sealed object until Barney has a need for it. Visually, from the inside of the coat, the stored objects can be seen as drawn objects with their appropriate sealing formulae surrounding them. Essentially, it acts as a warehouse status and a library, allowing Barney to know all the objects that are sealed within the coat and containing a variety of sealing scrolls for a multitude of purposes. Once the need arises, only Barney can call forth of the sealed objects in the form of simple sealing scrolls that will slide through his sleeves and into his hands. Furthermore, this way the coat removes the need to carry pouches for various other ninja tools and weapons, which can be stored within the coat and slid through the sleeves without a cost of a move. Sealing anything through the chest pocket, however, does count as a move per turn and activating any sealing scroll counts as a move as well, depending on the technique that the scroll is used for. As such, techniques for scrolls would have to be posted separately, for reference.

Pocket Lock-it (Active) - Using the chest pocket found on the coat, Barney can erect from it, a generic translucent barrier that spans up to half of short range around himself in each direction, forming a short ranged half dome and is programmed to absorb and seal away chakra on contact. To exert the barrier, Barney has to expend up to 70 chakra, be it his own or stored from the coat, based on the technique being absorbed. Once the chakra from the technique has been absorbed, it gets pulled into the chest pocket and can be stored into the coat up to its limit. From there chakra can be released in the form of a foreign chakra infusion into Barney's own chakra system in order to replenish his chakra pool. This ability counts as one of the moves per turn and can only be utilized twice per conflict. Using the sealing prevents the user from using another sealing ability in the same and next two turns, after which the next sealing technique can't be an advanced seal, but a regular seal instead, up to and including A rank.

Scientific Ninja Tools are a class of advanced ninja tools produced in the decades following the Fourth Shinobi World War as a result of unprecedented cooperation and networking between the hidden villages, as well as the declassifying of military technologies for civilian research.

Description: A basic automated siphon tool attached to the users back and designed to passively absorb and store the users chakra. This Nin-tech is able to sense foreign chakra and then pump all the stored chakra back into the user creating a shock that spikes and restarts the users chakra flow. This allows the user to break out of Genjutsu using the chakra surge method, being able to release any genjutsu, excluding Yin and MS level Genjutsu, so long as the surge of chakra released into the user is higher then the chakra used for the Genjutsu. This Nin-Tech is able to store up to 100 chakra into it, taking up to five turns before it reaches capacity. If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu. This Chakra Siphon begins absorbing and storing the users chakra at the beginning of battle and stops absorbing once it reaches capacity and/or when the chakra/senjutsu is released back into the user. Requiring a two turn cooldown period before it begins absorbing chakra/senjutsu again. While the siphoning of chakra is a passive ability, the release of chakra back into the user will still cost a move for that turn. Lastly, this Nin-tech cannot be used to enhance techniques in any way. The chakra/senjutsu released back into the user does not replenish their chakra or senjutsu reserves. Only working to release foreign chakras and genjutsu under one of the two presented methods.

Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manor to passively release the weight giving them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other then releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.
