First of all did you make your biography? And did it got approved?
Because on that bio of yours, you must have stated your village (birth) and village of alliance -> village you will be joining.
I may be incorrect though. Not an expert.

@OP; How did you make your bio in the first place? I guess you looked it up in the rules of how to make a proper biography.
I believe in that same section there are lots of other rules regarding RP +
