1. its not like it takes forever to do the wind jutsu so if you continue to do the fire jutsu which you did there is no way you would be able to avoid it even if it doesn't require hand signs
2. i dont see why hurricane fist would propel you back if you are in the air and if it would maybe 5 feet tops
