Binaural beats

So I recently heard about something call binaural beats, which is a form of music or sound that plays two frequencies simultaneously and can create a high. Does anyone here use it? Can you recommend me something to listen too?

Well i would think that you need some sort of special equipmrnt to receive two frequencies at the same time not just watching it through youtube

I was listening to one earlier while I was reading something. I literally read a couple sentences like seven times and forgot what they said right after. I don't think I successfully got high, but it did give me an effect.

There's also some to increase creativity, focus, astral projection and lucid dreaming. Have you ever tried any of those?

You're supposed to use headphones. One frequency in one ear, one in the other.

It has something to do with alpha waves interacting with your brain. There are binaural beats for a lot of different things besides just getting high; like lucid dreaming, sleep induction, or just relaxation as stated above. I've tried them a bunch of times but they haven't worked for me. And it's best to use quality over-the-ear and preferrably closed headphones, but even then I'm not sure if it's legit or not.

well... That's one type of frequency, there are different frequency that alter your brain wave patterns, example, delta, alpha, beta, gamma.

Delta Tends to make you relaxed, where as Gamma Helps you focus... But @ Rike, there are different purposes for binural beats, not just gettin high lol, but yeah depending on what you are looking to experience YT has a variety of shit. Search for channels that upload Them.
