Bin Laden Died Five Years Ago, said CIA Agent

South Journal–Osama bin Laden presumably died five years before his announced killing by a special US command in the evening of May 2.

Nearly 20 years ago, the future “number one terrorist” presumably arrived in Chechnya. These statements were made by a former CIA agent in exclusive interview with a Russia TV channel.

Berkan Ashar, a Chechen national, personally asked for the interview with the TV channel journalist Anton Vernitski to tell him the truth about the death of Osama bin Laden, whom he first met in the early 1990s in Chechnya. According to Ashar “the Americans have only opened the tomb of the leader of Al Qaeda.”

“In September 1992, I was in Chechnya. At that time I first met this person, who was called bin Laden. We met at a two-story house in Grozny. On the first floor there was the family of Gamsajuria, Georgia´s president, who was ousted from his country. We were downstairs and Osama was living there,” said Berkan Ashar.

At that time the former official with Freedom Radio, Berkan Ashar, already had the CIA name of Abu Bakar.

As to the question if the Americans neutralized Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, Berkan Bashar said that he would not believe it even if the whole world believed it. “I know his Chechen bodyguards very well; they are Sami, Ayub and Majmud, who were with him until his end. And I remember that all these people, plus two from London and another two from the US, in total seven saw him dead.

He was very sick and he turned very thin. They washed him, they buried him,” said Berkan Yahshar and he said that although two Muslim Americans and two Muslim British were Osama´s bodyguards and they saw him dead, they did not took part in the burial. “He was buried only by the three Chechen men, according to bin Laden´s testament,” Yashar said. Osama was buried in the mountains on the Pakistani-Afghan border.

After explaining all this to the Russian TV channel, Berkan Yashar said he feared for his life; in his opinion only a large spread of this information around the world may protect his life against any CIA action.

Because the word of the president of the US is IMO a lot more trustworthy than that of a single former CIA agent that talked about it with the Russian TV and has his info from "people I know" =/

Either way as long as he's dead it's fine, I don't really care how or when it happened as long as he doesn't pop out somewhere alive like a devil in a box.

I'm not yelling at you or trying to be rude, but wheres Obama's proof that Bin Laden is dead? Wheres pictures of the body? or even the body itself? Instead he just says they head shot him and throw him into the ocean. You may not care or be really picky with peoples statement but eventually this will have a big effect on everyones. Government are full of shit. I found it funny how they found Sadam in a little whole with a pistol, I mean wheres the weapon of mass destruction they supposedly blamed him for? and it took them 11 years to find Osama? They have an army worth billions of dollars yet it took them that long to find him? The last thing I feel really bad about 9/11 and many people died and a lot suffered from it but the question here is do you know how many people (innocent) died in the middle east from the US army? it's like 10 times or more that died in 9/11.

I don't think they are that stupid.If the guy dies , It'll be damn obvious that it's government doing.They guy would spill everything he knew out since he put his life on the line and that means he probably doesn't know anything else ( truth or lies ) so Killing him now would be : 1.Pointless 2.Suspicious

I have a fair amount of sense, but little time. I couldn't read the whole thing, so I simply made that little post with the intention of coming back later and contributing more to this thread.

It shouldn't, I wholly agree with you. I'm not going to believe he's dead until I see some sort of real proof. Obama just went "He's dead, trust me. We have no proof because his body's in the ocean, and the pictures are too graphic, but just believe me, man. We did DNA tests. It's him."

I have no reason to believe Obama, and I have no reason to believe this CIA guy either. So.. yeah.
