Indestructable and invulnerable are synonyms, but different terms. Erasing =/= destroying.

Bills was getting mollywhopped by Vegeta until he fought back and he did get damaged, he even drew blood. Whis owned Bills too, and a couple GT chars could.

It dosen't matter because it's stated that he is both invulnerable and indestructible.
Vegeta's power did exceed SSJ3 and he let him push him back.
That was an anime error when blood came out from Bils. Vegeta drew blood from Bils yet SSJ God Goku could not. Obviously a stupid error.

Again, being invulnerable does not mean he can't be erased from existence by the world resetting. No he doesn't, MFTL speeds are differently portrayed verse to verse, and it hasn't shown time travel, so that's a featless argument, whiss with staff travels MFTL not bills. If the universe is reseted and bills doesnt exist it's an automatic win. Since time is going back, durability isn't a necessity here, since the time will be reversed, bills can't counter that. Nothing suggests he can.

If he was using magic it should really be considered a speed feat since they couldn't really move or do nothing within the bubble.
