It's not possible to have more money than there is in the world. That said, I believe you can become richer than Bill Gates. There has never been a Trillionaire so if you can achieve that you will be the richest man in the world. Bill Gates net worth is 79.5 Billion so he won't even be on your level.
That said if you only want to be richer than Bill Gates than aim for 80 Billion.
