This can't be legit, Bill Gates, (this is the Microsoft Bill Gates right), is a massive public figure and this has neither made it onto the news or Google.
An extract from the article I posted above:

Now if the mainstream media chooses not to report something, this does not necessarily mean that it hides it.
They could have their reasonable doubts about the credibility of the event, but they are also known to be biased.
I would like it too, some people cant differentiate between Satire news like Onion and actual news article ....
I did not post the source not to advertise other sites.
To get the source for something I search on Google a part of a sentence, like "Have Bill Gates and his eugenicist foundation’s", and I can usually find the sources if there were more.
If you search that statement you can find two sites reporting this article and more sites reporting on the same subjects, but mostly about he vaccines, not the complain.
If this is true, then its odd that some one so experienced and rich as him would be so easily tied with such incidents. Then again the certain Indian people are attention seekers enough to file cases against celebrities who unknowingly pointed their legs at the National Flag ... Most likely Gates donated on the said corp (He does that a lot) and they took it as a chance to make some noise for good or for bad.
I would also have found it odd if this was the first time this information popped out. The only thing new to me is the case being accepted, as it was something recently accepted.
I read about him being tied in the past with such actions, of course, nothing truly proved, due to either being something fake or being covered up.
