For what purpose they need to capture Bijuus in the first place? Open the Zoo?be a full time Bodyguard? Birthday present?

There is no Gedo to absorb them if they want to revive Juubi.

Bijuus are powerfull chakra for power seeking individuals!

How they want to control them all. Only Madara is known to control Bijuu(Kurama) with his genjutsu and other was Sasuke VOTE2.

I dont think this new Villain is on par with Madara in controling TB. Let say they manage to capture all Bijuus like past Akatsuki did, how they want to control free roaming Bijuus simultaneously without powerful Genjutsu.

Other option is Gedo Mazo, they can stored them inside GM
