No he could not. The reason why he didn't is because he's a smart villain. His youton was infused with sage chakra(senjutsu). Ones body can only absorb so much. When pain absorbed it it killed him.

I can't show a scan since I'm on a phone, but I can tell you where it's stated. It's when we get a description of nagatos ability in the manga (when pain used it) and also the data book (though possibly unreliable) says its infinite. So it's backed up in the manga and databook, just not sure exactly where.

That isn't proof of a limit, and madara could've easily been referring to the amount of high level combos that several people were hitting him with.

In other words, "that was a little much..." For him to take on without using his eyes.

Nagato absorbed bees entire v2 cloak which has immensely more chakra than a simple Rasen shuriken.

The cloak might be more chakra, but RS should be harder to absorb, because it's size increases suddenly and it rotates at enormous speeds, basically being made of millions of needles of pure chakra (remember, Kakashi couldn't count all the cuts with Sharingan).

You cannot absorb that attack for naruto for two reasons: 1. If he tries to hell get overwhelmed unless he has alot of arms. 2. It takes times to absorb one attack by the time u try to absorb the others you are already nuked

Madara never tried to he relied on nothing but limbo for some odd reason. Even with both Rinnegan and 3 3rd eye he used limbo CT's and IT that's it. Heck even pain absorbed a FRS with ease from the real SM Naruto not a clone.
