Depends on the bijuu. Kyubbi and Juubi bijuudamas are more destructive. PS slashes are more destructive than bijuus 1-8.

I was thinking the same thing and it is true, Kurama's bijuudamas are much more destructive but bijuus 2-7 did do this:

Madara's PS slash is comparable to a bijuudama that any of the beasts are able to fire, so it's probably around the same level as the individual bijuudamas

Destructive power about equal if you sum up all the damage.
Effective? Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. A PS slash distributes its power evenly across its arc. A bijuudama distributes its power unevenly across the blast radius.
Which do I like more? Bijuudama.

Well for this I will be going by the average biju sized Bijudama's... (aka 1-8, excluding Kurama and Jyubi for obvious reasons)

I would say it is all a matter of purpose...

Precision/Effectiveness: PS slash

They are equal in force, PS slash is more compressed and does greater damage to a smaller area, Bijuudama explodes and does less damage to a wider area, but in the end the total damage is equal.

Combined, their power is multiplied.
