Bijuu?

It has become aware to me that the rising practice, in the battle arena, of creating custom bijuu has been going around. I would like to know who started this and for what purpose. People cannot be create custom bijuu all of a sudden otherwise, battles would become completely unfair. There are other means of obtaining power. Hosts to the currently legitamate bijuu do not exercise the use of a tailed beast in battle, so why should others. The Idea of chakra beasts and bijuu sealing was a one time deal and only the 9 who were accepted (Zanji, Hellsbadass, Ragnaroc, BishamonSama, ect.) are allowed to use them. All open ideas to chakra beasts and bijuu are closed because there can only be 9 bijuu. If people are so desperate for one, then they should change their characters to Naruto or Gaara, or Killer Bee, not create custom bijuu. This is my opinion, and if you have a problem with this arrangement, take it up with the admins or the moderators.

Emperor has been told to completely give up his "artificial bijuu". There are only 9 jinchurikki on this site currently and it will stay that way.

No. I invented the whole idea and had it approved but only as a one time thing. That was long before this happedned. It was in September I believe. And, my case was specifically exclusive in that, the idea was closed off forever. There was a distinct reason why it was allowed. Besides that fact, I never use it in battle, so it makes no big difference in that. U_U And that was including the fact that there was 8 bijuu at the time and there was needed to be 1 more, but including shukaku characters becuase there were too many Gaara members at the time and there was struggle over who would be the main possesor.

That doesn't change the fact you created a custom bijuu, whether you use it or not.
And the Bijuu are sort of like a kekkei genkei(although they aren't), and are sort of used like that.
If people want to create a jinchuuriki as their character, then they should be allowed to have any of the 9 bijuu.

I gave you a reason which justifies it. Nothing more is needed. And the idea was of course taken up by Me and Bisha, who at the time being, was the only person allowed to seal bijuu. He knew the rules and regulations.

Okay, I remeber that. I am allowed to use mine in battle btw. So it doesn't prove anything. Besides the fact that it was my first fight after aquiring it, I though I might test it out in battle. So I have no jurisdiction against that. U_U
