Anyways: Naruto's potential of that would be

• Significant reflex/sensing enhancement combined with his TBM speed.
• Better Taijutsu, (Frog Kata and Frog Kumite)
• Physical strength increase.
• TBB variants involving Wind chakra fusing.
• Practically all SM abilties conjunctioned with all his other abilities.

This can move his tier by a large margin.
