Bijuu Sage Mode didn't impress me as much as it should have

I don't know, I'm just one of those people that doesn't really care about the power ups throughout the story. Also another reason is that there didn't seem to be enough build up to it. The only hint was the Pain arc which was very subtle and like two chapters ago when Naruto configured with his intellect that senjutsu was Obito's weakness. I've never honestly cared about the rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke but I thought that this combination would be interesting but to me it felt out of nowhere really.

I can hardly believe that you have been on this site and not run into that discussion.


Secondly it is not a actual power up per'say,Kurama is allowing his chakra to mix into sage mode so when naruto does enter the form he can gather sage energy at a faster pace and in larger amounts.

I mean if you did not believe it back then,then surely you should of had at least guessed that naruto would try to use sage mode considering only senjustu works against juubito.

Not really,Kishi didnt quite draw those weird eyes back then in the Pain arc for the lulz.The power up was legit.

Op,i dont really know what you expected,its not like he is gonna gain a power up and proceed to solo Juubito or country bust for the lulz.

The juubi is the origin of all things chakra included how is it hard to grasp that something that is respnsible for chakra to be immune or have a way to fight agasnt it ?

That can only lead to one conclusion,which is that to defeat someone who uses natural energy is to use natural energy yourself.

About BSM, let's just wait. Considering that SM is a multiplier, this proportion can be applied:

I would love to see some one on one but,at this point it simply isn't realistic.

Kishi has clustered the field and it would be crazy to watch a fight that determines everyone's fate,only to turn around and have everyone just sit and watch.

I do agree with you though,as it is now there is no tension,the feeling of any kind of ultimatum has been long gone.

Plus, he's a perfect Jin so that makes him able to defeat Obito.

We will see how powerful it is, but in no way is Kishi leaving Naruto with only that to defeat Obito.
