There is a difference. Ichigo is a top tier in his universe and they are good at using swords. He only uses a sword so what do you expect. He focused all his reastia into one attack.

Naruto he is also a top tier but the Bijuu Dama is not the strongest attack.

Also if Naruto could see him, he would win this match. Also Naruto WILL get stronger.

We didn't see all of Bijuu Mode's powers yet. Naruto can make KM clones and sage clones while in Bijuu Mode.
