-His TBB along with FTG helps him counter the PS slash quite well...
-he has the durability to tank a juubi beam., therefore he should have more than enough capacity to tank a PS slash
-his TBB barrage will eventually bust PS thereby allowing minato to mark Madara and give him an opportunity to attack him in multiple ways...furthermore Minatos offense in BM is higher than Madaras PS and along with FTG I find it hard for madara to attack him effectively
