Hello nb members i just remembered when six bijuu were making combined bijuu dama gai said "we have no choice i have to use 8 gate" so that means gai would have so much in power in 8 gate that he can stop combined bijuu dama of 6 bijuu

I believe that he said it b/c he could do it. He was going to use all 8 gates to stop the attacks and save Kakashi and Bee. If he knew it wasn't going to work then he wouldn't have said it.
-Why say that your going to save your teammates and not do it.
-We also havent even seen the power of the 8th Gate so he could have possibly done it.

Kakashi said he could have warped each one away, which I also believe seeing how he warped the whole 8-tails which is larger than a TBB
