Let's say the last naruto (since he is the one with full kurama) creates a bijuu dama rasenshuriken (no senjutsu amp) vs vote EMS madara fire a bijuu dama with a PS sword

Which would be stronger, I think they are around the same level

And logically they should be around the same level. The strength that a PS blade carries is dependant on the force put behind it. So in this case PS blades cutting power is determined by the momentum of BD

The explosion of the bijuudama PS sword isn't any more powerful than a normal bijuudama, the only difference is that it cuts stuff before it explodes.

The comparing a bijuudama rasenshuriken to a bijuudama is like comparing a fuuton rasenshuriken to a normal rasengan. If both techniques collided, the bijuudama rasenshuriken would go right through the PS bijuudama and kill both EMS Madara and the kyuubi.

The sword imo. The only relevant feat of a RS blade is when it damaged the Shinju before expanding (didn't even fully cut Madara), which doesn't compare to PS' feats.

Even this RS was boosted by RSM chakra ,op says no senjutsu boost to RS at all .so it would be even more weaker .

If it didn't cut madara, but cut the shinjuu then that simply means that madara is just that durable. PS can't even cut hashirama's mokujin or shinsuusenjuu, it doesn't compare to an attack that can cut the entire shinjuu and keep on going.

Not only has full kurama's BD he was using at VoTe not been shown to be significantly more powerful than the BM bijuudamas, but bijuudama rasenshuriken is obviously not the equivalent of a bijuudama and a rasenshuriken fired seperately.
