There are a few misconceptions about the tailed beasts and their bijuu dama. I'll clear up these misconceptions right now.
1. The Juubi's Bijuu Dama can only destroy a city or is city level.
Wrong on so many levels. If the Juubi's bijuu dama is city level then that would make the Juubi equal to Deidara and Pain.
Deidara's C3 was capable of taking out the Sand Village that is city level power.
Pain's Shinra Tensei took out Konoha
The Juubi's Bijuu dama takes out a city
The Juubi's power was being condensed by Madara and Obito to take out Shikamaru's father who was in the Cloud Village.
Do you believe that Deidara is on the same level as the Juubi with a jutsu that's not even his strongest one. I don't even think he is on Pain's level. Sure all three have the same radius but not the same potency in their attacks.
Juubi>>>>>>Pain>>Deidara
Heck the Juubi's Tenpachii can accomplish the same feat as all three it can wipe out a village. The crater in the center where the Juubi was at is at least around the same size of the Konoha crater.
2. Kurama's Bijuu dama is multi mountain which relies on the other tailed beast balls being mountain level.
Kurama was stated to be physically capable of wiping away mountains with its tail. That statement is true.
Chibaku tensei's crater is about 7 mountains wide. However the Chibaku tensei itself is smaller and the reason that is is because the matter is being condensed by the gravity core making the celestial body denser than ordinary rock. This is also backed by the fact that the gravity core of chibaku tensei is greater than the planet's gravity since it is capable of lifting mountains and such tearing away at the planet.
Kurama with only 8 tails is capable of breaking through rock that is denser the planet.
Kurama is capable of being multi mountain level and above with brute strength alone no Bijuu dama needed.
3. The other tailed beast are mountain level with their Bijuu dama.
This is something I don't buy. Before and during the Pain arc characters displayed mountain level attacks.
Kirin destroyed this mountain.
A Massive Rasengan can carve away a mountain
Not a single Bijuu dama is mountain level.
The crater from the bijuu dama of each tailed beasts is smaller than the mountains in this scan
The Bijuu dama is condensed chakra at the end of the day that does not have a set power level.
