Bijudama RS vs Cho Odama RS

RS was basically a chakra nature manipulation technique. Naruto added the wind chakra to his usual rasengan to create RS. Now the point that is to be noted here is that chakra nature was chnged into wind...so basically what diffrence does it make if the chakra of a bijudama is converted into wind or the usual chakra is converted into the wind? The final result should essentially the same...then why is bijudama RS shown to be more powerful than your Cho Odama RS?
