I have seen this argument coming up a lot of times and people seem to have a misconception that sasuke does not know that bijju cannot be killed.

Bijju can be get rid of exactly the same way kaguya/madara .
Remember, madara and kaguya were also immortal, they could not be killed .
The only way to beat them was to seal them or taking out juubi in maddy's case.


What was used to seal kaguya permanently? Chibaku Tensei.
What was used against the juubi by so6p in his last days? Chibaku Tensei
What is juubi ? A tailed beast (literally speaking -->10 tails)

What did Sasuke used to restrain the bijju ? Chibaku Tensei.

Conclusion :

Sasuke possess the rinnegan and has already shown to use high level CT .
Sasuke knows bijju will just respawn if they are killed which is why he used Chibaku Tensei to restrain them and he is only keeping them alive because he needs them to undo IT.
Once sasuke feels he does not need them, he will get rid of all of them for good, permanently.

I really don't think Sasuke intends to use CT as a permanent way of handling the tailed beasts. He specifically said that he needs their chakra in order to undo ET. That is why he intends on killing Naruto. Once he takes out Naruto, Sasuke plans to release CT to use the tailed beasts' chakra. Otherwise, why would he even bother putting them under a genjutsu, since CT is enough to seal them.

Sasuke has every intention of killing them. Likely with Amaterasu. However, he doesn't know about the tailed beasts. Sasuke has essentially lived in a cave with Orochimaru and Kabuto, but he didn't bother learning from Orochimaru's research.

The tailed beasts are a natural manifestations of chakra. They cannot be permanently killed. They can be sealed, and their chakra can likely be divided into smaller forms, but they cannot truly die.

The way he acts shows us that he knows a way to kill them. Probably something to do with his new powers. He says he can do it and Hagoromo didn't looked like he doubted Sasuke's ability to kill them. So he most likely have the ability to kill them.

Tailed Beasts can't be killed regardless of power. And Sasuke hasn't magically figured out a way to kill them. They will revive infinitely. They can only be sealed, and a seal can be broken.

The only other thing would be to do something similar to what Hagoromo did with the Ten Tails. Using the Creation of all Things to split each Tailed Beast's chakra into smaller pieces, then split those pieces to even smaller pieces, and so on until the pieces of chakra are too small to do anything with. And even then they still aren't dead, as reassembling all those pieces of chakra would re-create the Tailed Beast similar to the Ten Tails.

But I doubt Sasuke has that capability or will have the time to do so. Basically, no the Tailed Beasts won't be killed.

Well, If it was true...then there wouldn't really have been a point in Hagoromo making them in the first place. He was trying to permanently get rid of the Juubi...and he had creation of all things. Sasuke only has half his power.

sending them into space seems plausible though.

and Sasuke always acts as if he can easily kill obstacles in his way...doesn't mean he actually can though.
