Luffy had the number one W imo. Took out a sweet commander, got his boy Sanji back, "clashed" with Big Mom and lived, and got Jinbei out of it as well.
Big Mom took numerous Ls. Party ruined, wedding cake destroyed, no Germa tech, generally got made a fool of in front of the Bird who distributes the news. And Brook snagged a copy of her poneglyph.

Yeah this is highly debatable from which perspective you're taking.

If you look just at the fights the SH alliance took a big fat loss. If you're looking at who is laughing last it's Luffy and Sanji.

Cracker would rather go into the L's than W's of WCI. Being among the top 3 of a yonkou he went down and worse is that he never came back....also nobody bothered looking for him.
Brook should be MVP of this arc. So he is definitely a W.
Caesar clown was a W no dount about it.
I don't agree with Katakuri being a W. He failed to kill sanji with his monster haki, failed to stop luffy from showing Mama the portrait and then again failed to stop caesar from escaping. Not a L but Not a W either.
Bruelle was W for me too.

L's would include Pedro, Cracker, Bobbin, Vinsmokes, Sanji, Pudding, Nami.

Nobody bothered looking for Cracker ? He was found at the castle after Luffy finished him.

Why the hell is Pedro on the loser list ? He helped Brook getting into position. He stalled for time against a yonkou crew. He beat Tamago twice and was ready to take blow himself up with them. He fought on the cake and got away without harm. What more can you expect from him against a yonkou.

Nami and Sanji also didn't lose anything on WCI they did as good as expected, returned with their own lives, saved Zeff and the Vinsmokes lives, and got back to the crew with a poneglyph.
