Do this many people seriously put Sarada over Sasuke and Itachi? That's maddening, I mean just look at her skillset. Can't even use the fireball technique properly, only thing she's better at than them would probably be physical strength but she's lacking in speed and almost every other area.

Itachi, second place is Shisui.

Shisui was briefly stronger than Itachi, until Itachi awakened Mangekyo. Before then, they were just about even in almost every way, except Shisui had Mangekyo.

Take into account Shisui was a couple years older, then we have our answer.

And it is clear from every source that Itachi was far more a genius than either Sasuke or Madara (In taijutsu, Genjutsu, and perhaps not ninjutsu power (We don't know) but for sure jutsu speed, and Indra we don't know enough about; but he does not count anyways, since he is by name an Ootsusuki, not an Uchiha.

Itachi by far. But obito also got a handy power at a young age. Obito will beat any other uchiha of his age when he got kamui.
