I was watching the episode when Sakura tried to kill Sasuke. I wonder if it was on purpose Kakashi saved her from the attack he used to kill Rin?

You're right, it's self-experience! I never realized that. Kakashi's been through more than we think and it wasn't just things he witnessed it was things he did. I used to think his warnings to Sasuke were because of what Itachi did, or Orochimaru... but maybe he was talking about himself, too.
