I just realized that edos can use summoning even though it requires blood which they don't have and that makes no sense, can you guys think of any worse than this?

Summoning Edos doesn't seem to be a Blood Contract, neither Kabuto nor Orochimaru used Blood to summon them its like Weapon summons used by Tenten and Sasuke.

Well the edo's still require a dead body to be summoned upon. So maybe they are using the corpses blood unless it is the blood of those who signed the contract that's needed than yes that would be a plot hole. But if anyones blood will do than yeah they are using the corspe their spirit is bound to.

The comment you just replied to was meant for Champ who was talking about Amateratsu. Am I missing something here. Is Amateratsu a summoning?

I'm confused. I never said they didn't bleed. I assumed they did. are you just backing up my theory? I assumed it was the body that is used to create the edo that is why they bleed. So yeah I agree. They still bleed.
