Kaguya not killing Nardo and Sauce wasn't really PIS, it was shown that she wanted their chakra after all, and couldn't obtain it after killing them, plus, she was more of a mindless shell of a woman than anything else, she could've killed them tho, she already had enough chakra.

Madara's return was PIS at its finest tho, especially him surviving the shinju-cutting lava rasenshuriken, being able to use Kamui instantly and having his servant coming to help him when the bijuus were beating the crap out of him.

But she could've at least severed their arms with the seals on them, no? Don't try to tell me they'd die of blood loss because they lasted like a whole day without dying when they both blow off each others arms.

But you're right. Plot was on madara's side for a while until it neutered him.
