There's quite a few examples, but the most significant ones seem to be Izanami and Sakura's recent power up.

Izanami seemed like something that had to be invented to allow Itachi a means of defeating Kabuto without killing him. I'll give Kishi credit that he managed to tie it back into Uchiha lore, but in the end it is only a technique that is effective only when used against certain people. Along with the confusing explanation of how it works, Izanami just seems like it was not given enough thought.

Sakura's Yin Seal was slightly worse due to its sudden announcement, but I'm hoping Kishi takes the time to explain the reasons behind why it took so long. However, it remains an asspull because it had not been hinted once throughout Shippuden. The only speculation we had was that, as Tsunade's student, it was to be expected similarly to how Naruto gained Sage Mode that Jiraiya also possessed.
Nonetheless, it gives arise to many questions, such as why Sakura would prioritize charging her seal over helping Naruto, etc.
